How to send the invitation to your whole list with each name

   Put guests in an Excel or CSV file with name and phone columns, and add date or venue columns if they differ. Write names as you want them shown, such as "Ramesh Kaka".

Etiquette tips

• Send the invitation 7 to 10 days before, and a reminder the day before. Rapid Sender has no scheduling, so send each one on the day.

• Call elders personally as well. A WhatsApp invitation plus a phone call is the respectful norm in most Indian families.

• Mention the timings clearly when there is both a puja and a meal, so guests know when to arrive.

• Write "no gifts please" only if you mean it, and say it kindly.

• Check the card PDF opens on a phone before sending it to everyone. WhatsApp shows its first page as a preview.
