Privacy Policy

1. Who we are and what this tool is

Rapid Sender is a free website made by DobeDo Soft. It lets you send one message, with or without a file, to many people from your own WhatsApp number. You connect by scanning a QR code with your phone, just like WhatsApp Web. After that, the app shows up under Linked devices in WhatsApp on your phone.

We are not WhatsApp or Meta, and we are not connected to them in any way. In this policy, "we" means the people who run this website, and "you" means the person using it.

2. What information is used

To send your messages, the app needs to use the following:

• Your WhatsApp login. When you scan the QR code, WhatsApp gives the app login keys for your account. These are needed to send messages from your number. The app also sees your WhatsApp number and profile name, to show which account is connected.
• Your contact list. The names, phone numbers and any other columns in the Excel or CSV sheet you upload, or the contacts you add by hand.
• Your message and the alternate number, if you add one.
• Your file. The photo, video, voice note, PDF or other file you add to the message.
• Personal copies. If you print names or other details on a PDF or photo, a separate copy is made for each contact.
• Send results. For each contact: sent, sent to alternate, failed or not sent, and the reason. The Excel report you download is made in your own browser.
• Basic technical data. Your IP address (your internet connection's address) is used to count how many requests come from your computer, so we can stop abuse. Our hosting providers may also keep standard access logs for a short time.
• In your browser. The app saves one random session key in your browser's storage, so it can find your WhatsApp connection again when you come back. Nothing else is saved there. We do not use tracking cookies, we do not use analytics tools and there are no ads.

We do not read or save your WhatsApp chats, and we never ask for passwords or payment details.

3. How we use it

We use this information only to:

• connect your WhatsApp account to the app;
• check that each number is on WhatsApp before sending;
• make the personal copies of your PDF or photo;
• send your messages and show you the progress and results;
• keep the service safe and stop people from misusing it.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build profiles about you or your contacts, and we never send messages to your contacts ourselves.

4. How long we keep it

• Your uploaded file is deleted from our server when the send finishes or is stopped. If the send cannot start, it is deleted straight away.
• Your contact list, message and personal copies are kept only in the server's working memory while sending. They are not saved to disk, and they are gone when the send ends.
• Recently sent messages. While you are connected, the server keeps a copy of the messages you sent (up to the last 5,000) in its working memory. WhatsApp sometimes asks the sender to send a message again if a phone did not receive it properly, and this copy makes that possible. It is cleared when you log out or the server restarts.
• Your WhatsApp login is kept on our server in a private folder, so your account stays connected even when you close the page. It is kept until you log out. When you log out in the app, or remove the app from Linked devices on your phone, the login files are deleted from our server. If you open the QR code but never scan it, the unused files are deleted when you leave the page.
• The session key in your browser stays until you clear your browser data.

5. Who can see it

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for their own use.
• Your messages and files go to your contacts through WhatsApp's own service, just like messages you send from your phone. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to them.
• Our website and server run on hosting providers, who store and process data for us only to keep the service running.
• The page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to download them, as it does on many websites.
• We may share information if the law requires us to, for example because of a valid court order.

6. How we keep it safe

• Every browser gets its own private session key, signed by our server, so nobody else can use your WhatsApp connection.
• Only this website can talk to our server. Other websites are blocked.
• The website uses HTTPS (the padlock in your browser), so data is encrypted on the way.
• Limits per computer stop misuse: up to 10 sends a minute, 120 requests a minute and 20 new connections an hour.
• Only allowed file types can be uploaded. Files are saved under random names and deleted after the send.
• Everything you send to the server is checked first. PDFs are opened with scripts switched off.
• WhatsApp login files are stored in a private folder that only the server can read.

7. Your choices

• Log out any time from the app. This removes your WhatsApp login from our server.
• You can also remove the app from your phone: open WhatsApp, go to Linked devices, tap the device and choose Log out.
• To remove the session key from your browser, clear this website’s data in your browser settings.
• Only upload contacts you are allowed to use. You are responsible for the contact lists and files you upload, and for having the permission of the people you message.

8. Children

This tool is not meant for children. You must be old enough to use WhatsApp in your country. We do not knowingly collect information about children. If you think a child has used the app, please contact us.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the app changes. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. If you keep using the app after a change, the new policy applies.
