Updated · Free · No install · Works with your own WhatsAppWhat a WhatsApp bulk message sender does
A bulk message sender, often called a WhatsApp sender or WA sender, takes a list of phone numbers and sends the same message to each of them, one chat at a time, so you don't have to copy, paste and press send hundreds of times. A good one also fills in each person's own details, so the message reads like you wrote it just for them.
Rapid Sender does exactly that. Your WhatsApp is linked to the page the same way WhatsApp Web is, through Linked devices, and the messages go out from your number. Each contact gets a normal one-to-one chat, not a group and not a broadcast, and their replies come back into your usual WhatsApp where you answer them as always.
Who uses it
Shops and small businesses: festival offers, new stock, order updates and thank-you notes to their own customers
Schools, coaching classes and tuition teachers: fee reminders, holiday notices, results and circulars to parents
Families planning a wedding, griha pravesh or birthday: invitations with each guest's name printed on the card
Accountants, insurance agents and service providers: due-date reminders with each client's own amount
Societies, clubs, temples and community groups: meeting notices and event updates to members
Event organisers and trainers: certificates, passes and schedules sent as a PDF to each participant
Try it with your own list
Upload an Excel or CSV file, write your message and see exactly how it looks before anything is sent.

Send a test to yourself first, then send to all or only the contacts you choose.
Random pause between messages, 7 to 10 seconds by default (100 messages take about 16 minutes), adjustable.
Live report of sent and failed messages with the reason, resend to the ones left, and download the report as Excel.
Bulk message sender vs WhatsApp broadcast lists
WhatsApp's own broadcast lists are the first thing most people try. They are fine for a small circle, but they have two limits that catch people out: a list can hold at most 256 contacts, and a broadcast is delivered only to people who have saved your number in their phone. Everyone else simply never gets it, and you can't tell who missed out.
A bulk sender like Rapid Sender opens a normal chat with each number, so it reaches people whether or not they saved you, and there is no 256 cap per list. You also get things a broadcast can't do: each person's name and details in the text, their name printed on an image, and a report of who was sent the message and which numbers are not on WhatsApp.
Browser-based, nothing to install
Many WhatsApp sender tools are desktop programs you download and install, usually for Windows only, sometimes with a licence key to buy and updates to manage. Rapid Sender is a web page. You open rapid-sender.com in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari or Brave, link your WhatsApp, and start. It works on Windows, Mac, Linux and even a phone browser, and you always get the latest version.
There is nothing to download, no admin rights needed, and no account to create. Your contact list is read in your browser. You do need to keep the page open while it sends.

- 6
Test, send and check the report
Send a test to yourself, then start. Watch the live report, resend to any left over, and download the report as Excel.
Send responsibly
Rapid Sender sends from your own number, so how people react to your messages matters. Message only people who know you, such as customers, parents, members and guests, and who would expect to hear from you. Messaging strangers or bought lists gets you reported, and WhatsApp may limit or ban numbers that many people report.
The random pause, personal messages and small batches all lower the risk, but no tool can promise a number will never be restricted. If a contact asks you to stop, remove them from your sheet. Rapid Sender has no scheduling, auto-reply, chatbot or API; for those, at large daily volumes, the official WhatsApp Business Platform is the right tool.
Frequently asked questions
Is this bulk message sender really free?
Yes. Rapid Sender is free to use, with no sign-up and no monthly plan. You can send to up to 5,000 contacts per upload.
Do I need to install any software?
No. It runs in your web browser on Windows, Mac, Linux or a phone. You only link your WhatsApp by scanning a QR code or using a pairing code.
Can I send WhatsApp messages without saving the numbers?
Yes. Upload or paste the numbers and Rapid Sender messages each one directly. Unlike a broadcast list, the contacts don't need to have saved your number either.
Can I send a PDF or image to many contacts at once?
Yes. Attach one photo, video, PDF or other file and it goes to every contact with your message. You can also print each person's name on a photo or PDF card.

Can I schedule bulk messages for later?
No. Rapid Sender has no scheduling; messages are sent when you press send and keep the page open. It also has no auto-reply or chatbot.
