How it was sent to you

The sender wrote one message with a placeholder such as {{name}}, added a list of people from Excel, a CSV file or numbers pasted in, and linked their own WhatsApp the same way WhatsApp Web is linked. Rapid Sender then sent everyone a separate one-to-one chat from their number, a few seconds apart, with each person's name filled in. That is why it arrived like a normal message from them, not from a group or a company.

Send your own in four steps

   Upload an Excel or CSV sheet with names and numbers, paste numbers copied from anywhere, or type a few in.

   Use {{name}} where each name goes. You see exactly how it reads for every person before anything is sent.

   Add a card or file (optional)

   Attach a photo, PDF or a ready-made card – Diwali, Eid, Christmas, New Year, wedding, birthday – and print each person’s name on it.

   Link WhatsApp and send

   Scan the QR code with your phone, like WhatsApp Web. Messages go out one by one with a safe pause, and you get a report.
