The simple rules for using Rapid Sender

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. What this service is

Rapid Sender is a free website made by DobeDo Soft. It sends one message, with or without a file, to the people on your contact list, one by one, from your own WhatsApp number. You connect by scanning a QR code, and it works like WhatsApp Web: it shows up under Linked devices on your phone.

It is not the paid, official WhatsApp Business API. If you need to send thousands of messages every day, the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API from Meta is the right tool for that.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. Not connected to WhatsApp or Meta

This tool is not made by, affiliated with, approved by or supported by WhatsApp or Meta. "WhatsApp" is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC and is used here only to describe what the tool works with. When you use this tool, you must still follow WhatsApp's own Terms of Service.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Message only people who agreed to hear from you, such as your guests, customers or members. You must have their permission to use their number and to message them.
  • If someone asks you to stop messaging them, stop.
  • Follow WhatsApp's Terms of Service and the laws of your country, including anti-spam and data protection laws.
  • Only upload contact lists and files that you are allowed to use and share.
  • You are responsible for everything sent from your WhatsApp number through this tool.

4. What you must not do

  • Send spam, or messages to people who do not know you and did not ask for them.
  • Send scams, fake offers, fake job or lottery messages, or try to trick people into giving money or passwords.
  • Harass, threaten or bully anyone, or send hateful, adult or violent content.
  • Send anything illegal, or content you do not have the right to share.
  • Pretend to be another person, company or government office.
  • Try to break, overload or get around the limits and safety features of the service.

5. Risk to your WhatsApp number

WhatsApp may limit or ban a number that sends bulk messages, especially to people who have not saved the number, and even more if they press Block or Report. No tool can prevent this, including this one. The safety pause between messages lowers the risk, but does not remove it. We cannot unban a number; only WhatsApp can.

To lower the risk:

  • message people who know you and expect your message;
  • add each person’s name with {{name}} so messages are not all the same;
  • send in batches of 100 to 200 people;
  • on a new number, start with 50 to 100 messages a day and increase slowly over 2 to 3 weeks.

You use the tool at your own risk, and we are not responsible if WhatsApp limits or bans your number.

6. Limits

To keep the service fair and working for everyone, these are the normal limits. The people who run the server can change them.

  • Up to 5,000 contacts in one send.
  • A file of up to 100 MB.
  • If you print names on a PDF or photo: up to 200 MB of personal copies per send (about 2,000 to 4,000 people for a normal PDF).
  • A message of up to 10,000 characters.
  • A contact sheet with up to 50 columns and 2,000 characters in each cell.
  • One WhatsApp account can send one list at a time.
  • Up to 100 WhatsApp accounts can be connected to the server at the same time. If it is full, please try again later.
  • Per computer: up to 10 sends a minute, 120 requests a minute and 20 new connections an hour.
  • Messages go one by one, with a safety pause of 7 to 10 seconds (you can change it in Step 4) between them.

7. No guarantee of delivery

We try our best, but we cannot promise that every message will be sent or delivered. Messages can fail because a number is not on WhatsApp, the internet connection drops, your phone or computer goes offline, the page is closed, or WhatsApp blocks or delays them. The status shown for each contact is based on what WhatsApp tells the app. Keep your computer on, this page open and your phone online until sending is finished.

8. Your content and data

Your contact lists, messages and files stay yours. You allow us to use them only to send your messages, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Uploaded files are deleted from our server after the send.

9. The service is provided "as is"

This is a free service, provided "as is" and "as available", without any promise that it will always work, be free of mistakes or suit your needs. We may change, pause or stop the service, or any feature or limit, at any time. We may block access for anyone who misuses the service or breaks these terms.

10. Limit of our responsibility

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using or not being able to use this service. This includes a limited or banned WhatsApp number, messages that were not sent or were sent by mistake, lost business, or complaints from the people you messaged. You agree that you, not us, are responsible for the messages you send and for any claims about them.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
