Bulk WhatsApp link generator from Excel or CSV

Upload a contact sheet or paste numbers, write one message with {{name}} in it, and get a personal click-to-chat link for every row – ready to download as Excel.

A sheet with a number column (and a name column, if you like). Read in your browser, never uploaded.

Use {{name}} for each person’s name.

What this bulk link generator does

It makes one wa.me click-to-chat link per contact. wa.me is WhatsApp’s public feature for opening a chat with a number without saving it; each link here also carries a pre-filled message made from your template, with that person’s name or any other column filled in.

Your file is read in your browser and never uploaded. Numbers written without a country code (like a 10-digit Indian mobile) get the default country code you pick; numbers already starting with + or 00 are kept as they are.

How to make WhatsApp links for a whole list

  1. 1

    Add your contacts

Upload an Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV file with a number column, or paste numbers one per line. A header row like Name, Number works best.

  2. 2

    Pick the default country code

India (+91) is chosen for you. It is added only to numbers that do not already have a country code.

  3. 3

    Write your message

Use {{name}} or any column name in double curly brackets, e.g. "Namaste {{name}}, your fees for {{batch}} are due." Each link gets its own version.

  4. 4

    Download or copy

Download the list as Excel with a link per row, or copy all links at once. Open any link to check it before you share.

Use cases

  • Weddings: one personal invite link per guest, so family members can send them from their own phones.

  • Coaching and schools: fee reminders or result messages with each student’s name, handed to staff as a sheet of links.

  • Shops: follow-up messages for last month’s customers with their name and order in the text.

  • Real estate: share leads with your sales team as clickable links, each with the project the lead asked about.

Tips

  • Clicking hundreds of links one by one is slow. If you just want everyone to get the message, let a sender do the clicking for you.

  • Check a few rows in the table before downloading – a wrong country code is the most common mistake.

  • Only message people who know you and expect to hear from you. Unwanted messages get numbers reported.

Frequently asked questions

How many links can I make at once?

Up to 5,000 rows per file. Bigger lists can be split into several files.

Is my contact list uploaded anywhere?

No. The file is read and the links are made in your browser. Nothing is sent to a server.

Which columns can I use in the message?

Any column in your sheet. Write its header in double curly brackets, like {{name}} or {{city}}. Capital letters do not matter.

What if some numbers already have +91 and some do not?

Numbers starting with + or 00 keep their own country code. Shorter local numbers get the default country code you chose.

Can these links send the messages automatically?

No, a link only opens a chat. To send the message to everyone automatically, one by one from your own WhatsApp, use the Rapid Sender bulk sender.

Rapid Sender is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta, and it is not the official WhatsApp Business API. WhatsApp is a trademark of WhatsApp LLC.
